ok, i'm not trying to be a dick here, but how did you spin all the bearings and bend all the valves just by turning the engine over? Did you use assembly lube on anything? Did you use a torque wrench to make sure things are not over tight? Did you check the timing belt for proper alignment after you installed it? Sounds to me like someone else should be putting your motor together.
