NEVER PUT IN WRITING YOU GUARANTEE A DSM TO BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. Guarantee and DSM do not belong in the same sentence or even paper.

When the contract says the car is in good working order and you sign it, you accept that it is in good working order. Done deal, cut and dry. You just bought yourself a car whether it really is in good working order or not.
