I think he's come to be know as that, but in the first episode, he was referring to his stomach (its ripped) as 'the situation' so he could constantly use the same line over and over and over in bars...girls would ask, 'what's the situation?!?!?' cause someone else would mention it, and he would be like, 'HERE's the situation' as he lifted his shirt up.
Would be more funny if he did it with his schlong actually, about the same level of perv. :P
