Here is what I am thinking for the wager rules:

Anyone who participates MUST commit $5 to the pay-ban fund if their team loses (backing out after losing will result in a month real ban; no exceptions). The funds must be send within 12 hours of the game ending otherwise you'll be considered as backing out (see above). The $5 must include yourself but can also include others that also picked the losing team; how you ban with the $5 is up to you as long as you ban yourself for at least 1 day. The losers may stack bans on top of each other with no grace periods between each ban.

Since I'm a mod and pay-banning me costs more I'll commit $10 rather than the normal $5.

If people want to actually do this I'll make a separate thread with a public poll so everyone can see who picked what team, and we'll easily know who is participating.
