As far as the yellow line in the parking lot, that is there for the drive thru lane which is not what she was pulling into. She was going to park in a space. That side of the parking lot is only a one way and she was traveling in the proper direction.
Any info would help. Like I said, I wasn't with her when it happened so I don't have all the facts.
