^ The kitchen cost around 5k for everything. That includes the new cabinets (even nicer in person), stainless appliances, granite, stainless undermount sink, faucet... We put the dishwasher in the Island section to make it appear to have even more cabinet space. I found a good place to buy the cabinets online. Paid ~$2,600 for them and would have easily spent around 10k at a home improvement store for similar ones. They also have a self closing mechanism so they can't slam.

Motorcycle cop pulls up next to me on UNI and says "Want to race?"
Me- "I don't think you would stand a chance."
Cop says "probably not" and drives off.
