Don't sell it, you'll take a bath on it and be pissed off forever. Just save up and get it fixed, you'll be 100x more happy!

Probably true, i only owe like 10k on it now so I could get out of it free and clear selling it, but there is so much labor money into and my own labor i really don't want to.

I will probably build it, that is my goal right now. I just need to figure out pricing.
