It's rediculous that any fucking civilian i.e. politician, should be in charge of a war. The only thing that comes of it is stupid god damn rules like the ones mentioned in the article. There is no way in hell we will ever actually finish the job with restrictions like those on the troops. Obama needs to get a fucking clue sometime, I'm really almost convinced now that he is
trying to run this country into the ground.
