What does it take to run a 10? 500whp@DB, practice, or both? Neither?

lol. it's all good. I'd be happy still with at least a low 13 or a mid 12 in my car. 11s would be amazing, just the fact that I can say I drive an 11 second car all year round. I remember years ago, 13s were fast. 12s were insane. 11s were just insane. 11s and 12s were insane before the Evos and Sti's showed up....but that's what I've witnessed...yeah, i know those times are rediculously slow for professional drag racers but when you drive your 11 or 12 second car from here to the tracks, it's pretty insane. Ever since modern cars from the factory were hitting high-low 14s or faster, alot of people have been trying to aim faster. I'm just trying to drive my car daily

I think it's safe to say that 11sec cars are not low maintenance. It's a nice spot to be, though. What's the fastest car you guys have heard of on street tires? Are 10's even possible?
