are you guys kidding? do you just walk around spouting off shit in the ghetto? it's pretty tough to get robbed/mugged/held up at gunpoint in most of minneapolis and certainly all of downtown without being a) buying drugs, b ) with people buying drugs, c) watching people buying drugs, d) carrying a big bank bag of money, e) mouthing off, or f) not minding your own damn business. jesus. ive been most places in this city doing most things, bad parts and good parts, and wouldnt be afraid to walk just about anywhere at night, and certainly anywhere downtown, unarmed and alone. and having a concealed weapon isn't going to do much, nobody else knows you have it, so when someone comes up and jacks you out of nowhere, having a gun in a shoulder holster under your clothes won't be doing a lot of good, except supplying the guy that just jacked you in the head for mouthing off with a fresh gun. if he doesnt find it, good luck with the cops when you pull it and shoot him in the back as he's running off with your shit. not to mention, you can't go in 99% of buildings in the city with a weapon, and can't have a drop of alcohol in you either.
