What ended up being the problem?

Rear defrost always on- Stuck relay
Blinking dome light and dash lights-ETACs unit was fried(controls the factory alarm and the factory alarm was always going on) and a door switch was bad.
Power windows not working- Relay was not getting grounded, rewired it.
