IIRC There are quite a few more factors in this engine fail then the fact that DB built it.

Please don't think I'm blaming the failure on DB, I am not. All I am saying is Murlo gave DB the opportunity to take care of his engine and if they're unable to then I see no reason why they'd be upset no matter where he decided to go to accommodate his timetable.

I'm just trying to look at the situation as a neutral outside party.
