Calvin (Cobb's tuner) has a lot of work in store for him getting everything working properly since there are so many hacks and emissions deletes done to the car
the new owner had it at a different shop [for the past few months] and they haven't been making any progress on the trouble-shooting and tuning so he got frustrated and decided to take it to Cobb just so he can get it running properly and enjoy it.
