I stopped in and saw it in person today, it's cleaner even then in the pics. It's going to be a monster for sure.

It was really nice meeting you Steve! I wish we had some more time to discuss your projects. I ended up having the BEST surf and turf at the New Scenic Cafe last night... next time you're up it's my recommendation (downside - $46 a plate x 2 with drinks, appetizer and dessert = $150. We don't go out much so it wasn't too bad). You should send me some pics of the Lotus
