Update: It runs! But it's not road worthy yet... I got it back together, took it out for a spin and put about 5 miles on it. Came to a stop and smoke was rolling up from underneath, oil was leaking down onto the exhaust and getting onto the rear wheel a little bit. Got it back to the garage and traced it to either the clutch shaft seal, or the driveshaft seal. I ordered both of them and should have them either tomorrow or Monday.
I also need to re-shim the valves. I left one a little too loose and it clacks pretty good. Luckily this can be done in the bike, I just need to figure out which one is loose. Other than that, it runs out great!
Also, I got some new rear turn signals and went back to the stock tail light since a few of the LEDs in the aftermarket light I had were burned out.
