Also, you might have the mounting bracket on backwards--mine was lopsided and I put the short end closest to the engine. I had it on the other way and the wga was not straight if I wanted to get it onto the arm.

Yea I am going to try it again with preload after work.
Do you have the turbosmart one from MAP? It doesn't look like you can put this on backwards to me. The angled bracket also only fits one way and I lined it up the same as the one I took off.
Just trying to figure out what you meant by the lopsided comment to make sure I don't have mine that way.
