Running aluminum exhaust can be a pain in the ass. I have it on my Evo and the Talon. I have broken both systems, and the breakage is at just about the same point too. I think I have most of the weak points fixed and the welds are reinforced where the aluminum connects to the SS down pipe. I have 3K miles on the evo now with no issues since the repair. Im sure over time I will have other issues, owning a tig welder comes in handy! I dont recall the gauge, I think 16?
