Spoke with Kevin @ Schneider Cams today for about 15 minutes. He helped me decide on a cam profile that he feels will work well with my setup.
Ended up with the following grind:
Intake and Exhaust cams: 268 duration, 9.0mm max lift
He said to go with the higher lift he'd really end up removing a lot of material, and since I'm going with the longer 268 duration (rather than 264), it should work out well for a street mannered car.
Total came to less than $300, including his shipping
Can't beat that at all, my other option would have been around 450 per cam. He said he expects them to ship out in the next 1-2 days. Hell of a quick turnaround!
I'll post pics once I receive them, but so far their customer service, and turn around time has been 2nd to none.
