Yeah, there seem to be missing tickets with a lot of people. It was discussed before and people figured they may not show up on the site if you didn't go to court to contend the charges. Insurance will know what you have and they can't add any so you're fine to call.
That number is busy A LOT! Fuckin government workers. I would hang up and call often to finally get on the line.
Then call insurance for a quick recalc of your rates
