I know it can happen the RPMs are lower and get enough momentum, ala Bobby, but would that happen if you do it right at the cut off?

I haven't looked into it, but I'm sure there is an art to it.

If you're shifting a stock turbo Evo that high you will most certainly not be in the 10s. Gotta shift under the curve.
