216-223 coolant temps while cruising seems high. My car with stock radiator and AC fan removed (just had the stock passenger side fan) would rarely go above 190 while cruising. Just the airflow without a fan at highway speeds should be enough to cool it unless it's 100+ outside.
That is a cheap price for a radiator/fan setup, just make sure the shroud is good, as that really determines how effective the fans are going to be for pullers. Oh, and hook them to the stock wiring and let the ECU control them, don't wire them on 100% or anything like that.

Forward facing shouldn't matter for the sandwich plate. I like matching gauges as well, had AEM wideband and oil temp in my last car.

Why is the car at 17psi when it was just tuned for low 20's??
