Regardless, Brian was in the back of his truck, sitting on the open tailgate. The truck went over a sizeable bump at about 10mph, Brian bounced up, came back down, lost his balance, and fell. It was a stupid accident that could have happened to anyone, whether drunk or not. None of Brian's friends or family blame the driver for what happened.

It's a horrible situation all around for everyone.

That's horrible I am fairly sure growing up I've done that same thing a dozen or more times off the bed of my dad or grandpas trucks as a kid.
