Not usually. It is just a tiny crack in the headgasket usually and it takes a lot of time to pressurize it. I have never blown one into an oil passage, but I blew 3 into the coolant passages. It takes about 30 miles of driving to get them to show serious problems (usually).
I would check the turbo first though, that is most likely.
