Take a look under your dash, see if there is any fluid seeping out of your master cylinder rod/piston area. Look at the slave cylinder down on the front of your transmission, see if that is leaking. I would say you need a new slave cylinder, but it wouldn't be a bad idea just to put both on and get it over with. On almost every car I have had, I put a slave in, and a couple weeks later the master starts leaking.
