I can't imagine that a precision instrument would have that kind of warranty. They can't take back all dropped wrenches out there.
Unfortunately, he stated that he's going to court within a week. I told him he has till Friday to get me $120 ($50 less than what I wanted) in cash or the kit back. Again, he stated that he'd call me so I could meet up with him. FYI, he told me that he gave it to a friend for his car.
