I have not been able to get into to contact with him either. I emailed him originally about getting a laptop fixed (which he said he could do!), got back to him with the serial number when I had time (was about a week later, so maybe my fault), and haven't heard back. Emailed him and texted a couple times after, didn't seem to work.
