I just have a bolt in there with a crush washer. WHy the heck are there so many washers under there?

You could probably try adding a little RTV or liquid teflon, might help it seal better.

If the bolt is to long cut it down to the right length and use a crush copper washer. That is how I plug mine. If you don't want to cut it down get the bolt from 90 to 94 NA 2.0 engine.

And make sure your bolt has the right thread, that one is suspect.

Re: Any Ideas on how to plug this properly.

I might have a spare one I could let you have. Just some hex head bolt that looks a lot like what you have in there, but cut shorter so it fits without stacking 6 washers on it.

Either a set screw or do like the NA's have. I think is a 12mmx1.25 but not to long.

That is sick, save that pic.

I have a shortened bolt, with crush washers on it.

2g heads have the bolt you'd need if you wanted to go that route.

Just get the plug / bolt out of a NA 4G63 Head. Problem solved.
