DSMLINK useage Question

I'll have two dsm's and don't see the point in wasting money on an AFC for my beater car if I can use dsmlink in both. I also know you can get a better tune out of link so it would make sense to use it if I had it.

I know I'd need an eprom ecu + chip for each ECU. The question is, can I use DSMlink on a single laptop for two different cars? I mean literally wire it to one dsm, get it tuned, then wire it to the second car and get that one tuned.
