Injector d/c way too high... need help

Ok as far as i understand, anything over 80% duty cycle on my injectors is too much right??
Im getting about 93% d/c at 15psi ZERO KNOCK on stock 14b with 255lp pump and 550cc injectors and MAFT setup.. three things popped up in mind, one was i have boost leaks, but wouldn't i see knock on my logger at high boost levels?? another thing is clogged fuel filter which yet needs to be changed.. or is it that MAFT setup sucking in all that air demanding more fuel??

thanks
alex

80% is the "safe zone" where you're not pushing injectors too far. If you're not seeing knock you're fine, but that is higher than those injectors should be at that psi. I'm going to guess at either a rich tune and or boost leaks.

Start with the boost leak test, then work on the tune.

thanks for the fast reply.....

it could be rich cuz when i leaned it out on the maf it pulled really hard but i got like 20 counts and stopped there.. i think it could be a combination of both...

If you have boost leaks running rich could be what's keeping it from knocking. Like I said, tackle any leaks and then try to retune.

No way you're maxing out 550's on a 14b.
