Injector flow testing

Is there anywhere around the cities that will flow test injectors?

I don't actually need to have mine tested, but I've heard that most places that flow test carry pintle caps, which I am in need of.

Scheides, I checked out that link you sent me and called the place up. They told me that because the Evo 560's are off a newer car, that the pintle caps arn't in demand, so no one carries them/makes them. They told me my best bet was to find a place nearby that could just find me an insulator that would seal against the injector without the pintle caps.

And yes I have tried the dealership, they said I'd need to buy a whole new injector which was $200+

Actually I'd find their number online and call them first. Last I heard, they built a new shop over the WI border somewhere.

Re: Injector flow testing

That's true. I think the guy's name is Tom Manley, he was moving it to a shop on his own residence on the border of Wisconsin/MN.

Re: Injector flow testing

I haven't been able to find anything about Manley. I Googled it and just got a bunch of forums talking about work they had done there. I also found a couple links to manleycycle.com and there is nothing. They must have gone under...

Re: Injector flow testing

Manley did move, I was going to get my bike dyno'ed there but they were saying they were moving like everybody else was already saying.

They never answered my email and I've been to busy to call them during normal hours. If you get a hold of them post in here how much they charge.

Thats another good place, but not local.
