Installing Cruise Control. Questions

Apparantly 1Gs were also equipped with vacuum assisted CC, I did not know this.

I know about the crazy cable/pulley system that goes on the firewall, but where is this solenoid/vacuum thing located?

I am basically going from scratch (non-cruise cable).

Anywhere I could look for reference?
I am searching national boards now.

Thanks
Aaron

It mounts in front of the drivers side strut tower under the hood.

It runs back to the firewall box. I think it may run on some sort of ventri pump.
