shit! Possible ECU problems?

yeah i just sold my galant gsr to a buddy. i put a new computer in it in august as some of you may remember. but the day after he picked it up it died and wont start. it has no fuel or spark. could this be the computer again? could it be from the IAC frying out the ecu, cause i heard you should replace that with the ecu, but i didnt, any help would be much appreciated.

** admit edit ** SHIT! is not a tech topic title. This should never happen and next time will just get deleted!

When you turn the key to accessory does the factory boost gauge go to 0 at all?

What was your test procedure for fuel/spark? If you are sure you're not getting either, checking for cam/crank sensor signals and power to injectors/ign coils would be a good start.
