1995 Eclipse GS-T Problem

I have a 95 Eclipse GS-T, with a 99 Eclipse GS-T Transmission (the original 95 Tranny had a broken 2nd gear, so I replaced it with a 99 Tranny with 80k Miles on it). It is a 5 Speed Tranny.
The problem is this, last night driving home not abusing the car at all, shifting at 3k, not doing anything stupid, when all of a sudden these odd noises are coming from the car now..
Please take a listen to the wav files included.

The first Wav file is of the car in neutral, so its just idleing.
The second Wav is of me shifting from 1st to 2nd.....It sounds horrible.....And the higher the RPM's, the louder the noise....

The Files are in 1 Zip File, Recording1 is Idle, Recording2 is 1st to 2nd Shift

If its only in 2nd gear, something inside your tranny is broken, really broken from the sound of it, I wouldnt drive it, and if you must go slow, and avoid that gear, If i was to guess, it's broken teeth off 2nd gear.
