It's a flat rate I believe in Hennepin county for all speeding. $120 dollars I think? Anyway yeah EP cops are usually cool but there's a few dicks (or bitches in this case).

Cops are on my shitlist lately... I was kicked out of the Chinese restaurant parking lot at Midway while chilling with some Evo owners, the cops kicked us out at 11PM on Friday and I asked "Tell me.... are we really breaking the law if the owner came out and said we could be here?" The dickhead officer just replied "I don't know you want to go down to court and find out?"
