I like the Q45 TB a lot. I got it back when they only other ppl running it were a couple Puerto Ricans and it wasn't on DSMs. It's easy to use and has a progressive linkage that makes it drive a lot smoother than the aftermarket Ford throttle bodies. You might not need it though. TBs haven't proven to be a big gain, people make 600+ on stock 1G throttle bodies. They are a popular upgrade on all-motor cars, where they usually do absolutely nothing. Also, on DSMs, the idle motor is on the throttle body, so you would be giving up idle control, unless you build some crazy setup to retain the stock idle motor or goto an AEM EMS and wire in a Ford IAC.

What did you have to do with the tps?
