It's probably cheaper to have someone just balance it compared to having them rebuild and balance it right? There is a really nice tutorial,

It looks like I wouldent even have to take the turbo nut-bolts off because I bet the oil is leaking past the seal that is located right below the cerclip that holds the compressor housing together. But since I got it off I might as well do it all right? Have you re-built a turbo awd? I know a machinest, think I should consider the 16g upgrade by getting a 16g compressor wheel and machining the housing or getting a 16g housing? Would I need to upgrade my injectors,Fuel pressure regulator, and chip my computer to accomidate the 16g crossbreed?
