tuned dosnt mean that the tires roll and the engine dosnt blow Im guessing it just dumps fual rediculously at idle and low speeds, which means untuned and running poorly. I highly doubt you had a modded out engine in your 420, i have a 420 in my driveway and can tell you its worthless.
