here's my take on it. chim you sold it as is claiming it was in good working order. as is would be with the wheels. and alpha you bought a non running car with out checking it out properly. to both of you tough live and learn and move on.

and alpha as for a whole $400 into your car that is nothing I have many thousands into fixing up my car and many to go and many others have a lot more than me into their car. so for now you're not too bad off
