Re: Bullseye V-trim oil feed?

a restrictor is a way to reduce the pressure, but the best way would be to measure it right before the turbo.

Assuming this is a JB turbo I would say a OFH with BS would be fine without BS might be a bit high.

Agreed. It isn't ball bearing right?

Re: Bullseye V-trim oil feed?

The Balance Shafts are removed and the oil pressure is higher then stock.

This isn't a BB turbo however after doing more research it appears that this jb turbo doesn't like the High oil pressure off of the oil filter housing.

SO...i have a problem then of too much oil pressure going to the turbo

How do I measure the pressure going to the turbo?
How much pressure do I want going to the turbo?
What is the best restrictor to use to lower the pressure? (the oil feed from the head is already blocked...) Is there a home depot solution for this?

BTW info for this V-trim, it looks like a picky turbo and likes to surge so I will post up on how this performs
