And while I agree that yes the ideal way would be to have the motor out, does that mean it has to be done that way? I did the one cylinder on my talon with the motor in the car. I had a bunch of rags/blankets under that cylinder, around the crank, to catch as many particles as possible. Then wiped down the cylinder walls as best I could with rags and tranny fluid and wd40. Never had an issue. Shane when you did the pistons in your 2G, those were just drop in correct? Did you remove the motor for that?
