I dont understand how this law would ever pass, but if it does, somehow, someway, if you have purchased an AR style rifle or large capacity magazines before Feb 1st 2013 you will be grandfathered in as long as you have legally registered it and do not transfer or sell them to anyone. Then you can legally possess it and use it.

I highly doubt they will get anywhere with it. I sure as hell hope not at least!

Where did you read this? It states high capacity magazines must be removed from the state or destroyed. No registration for magazines. Have fun finding a mag for your AR that holds 7 rounds or less

And registration is the 1st step towards confiscation
