Where does it say anything about hand guns and the capacity of their magazines... It was talking about rifles.

My self defense guns are a .40 Glock and a Remington tactical 12ga. I dont just keep a loaded AR next to my bed at night, although the thought has crossed my mind. hahaha

The magazine section does not specify rifle or handgun, it appears to cover both.

Just re-read that section and it does look like tube fed .22 are exempt, but not magazine type (sorry 10/22 guys). Looks like even my 10 rd mag on my bolt action would be illegal.
