If it passes we'll have two choices, yearly registration with fees or risk jail if caught. As long as I'm understanding that right. My AR (being built now by a local guy) and my SR-22 (also got my additional 25 round mags in this week) may be at risk, but I got a feeling the fight in NY and MN are going to be looked at very hard. If you think NY and MN will fight these laws tough, wait till someone trys this shit down south.

Time for homeowners to get creative with storage options, in wall units, and such.

Haha, there are no laws in Iowa about this yet but my dad still has his scary guns in secret hiding spots just in case something like this happens. I always thought it was a bit crazy until the past couple days.

If they are really coming for your weapons they will have sonar or a Metal detector at the very least

Pretty cool idea though. My buddy has a fake circut breaker box for a gun vault in his pole barn
