The only thing the DW300 is good for over the W255 is that it is quieter. It might flow an extra 3% but nothing spectacular.

Yes I am indeed running the w400 non-e85 version (wasn't out yet when I bought mine). It's pumping e85 and I'm running it with a BAP at full voltage. Have probably 10k miles on it over the last year.

Do you know if scheides is running dual 400s? Otherwise hopefully he will chime In
Single.

This is a pretty good example of a nice simple evoX setup. You'll get further with it on a 1G since the X's have a fuel tax of some sort.

OP, I'd say don't run mismatched pumps in your hanger, you're right--the 400 will overcome the smaller pump and maybe even burn it out. Still, IIRC on touley's car (evoIX) they ran it with dual modded 255's and a single BAP and I *think* the BAP only bumped the voltage on one of the pumps.

So you only have dual 255's right now? Have you popped the relief valves? Considered a BAP as mentioned above? Otherwise get two of the W450's (since they make an e85 version now, don't bother with the non-e85 version, just my opinion) and see if they fit.

Okay cool. Mismatched pumps is out. My pumps are the pumps out of a Ford GT. The Ford GT pumps are walbro pumps that are supposed to flow a little better than a wally 255. I will look into seeing if you can pop the relief valves on these pumps. Two 450s should fit but at $440 for two I would probably just go with a twin pump bap
